1. General Terms

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they will be closed.
• The name, mobile number, and payment method details provided at registration must be genuine.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold.

2.2 Identity Verification

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

tkpk 1 reserves the right to review any unusual or suspicious transaction. If an attempt at fraud or money laundering is identified, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and the appropriate authorities will be notified.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tkpk 1 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are stated in the offer description. Accepting a bonus means consenting to the specific terms of that bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000 — and to withdraw that bonus, a wager of 15 times the bonus amount, i.e. ৳30,000, must be placed.

• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• The bonus applies once only — the same user may not claim a bonus through multiple accounts.
• If the bonus usage period expires, any unused bonus will be cancelled.
• The bonus wager may not apply to certain games.

5.2 VIP Cashback

The tkpk 1 VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% cashback per week), Silver (up to 0.7% cashback per week), and Gold (up to 1.0% cashback per week). Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week. Example: if a Silver tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive up to ৳140 cashback (৳20,000 × 0.7%).

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If any activity aimed at abusing bonuses (such as using multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play patterns) is identified, tkpk 1 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and close the account.

6. Gaming Rules

The tkpk 1 platform offers various gaming services including slots, live casino, and cricket and football betting. Each game has its own specific rules, which are described within the game.

6.1 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum bet amount is set for each game or betting market, which varies by game or market. For details on these limits, please see the information section of the relevant game.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to server disruption, network issues, or software errors, tkpk 1 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bet amount. Winnings from a faulty result will not be considered valid.

6.3 Finality of Results

For sports betting, tkpk 1 settles bets based on official results obtained from trusted sources. In the case of disputed results, the decision of the relevant sports body will be considered final.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using computer programs, bots, or automated systems.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other users via chat or any other means.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

tkpk 1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any part of these terms.
• In the event of registration using false information.
• On suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• In the event of bonus abuse or deliberate exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• In the event of account use by an underage person.
